So Close…
Like many, I’m anxiously awaiting my iPad to arrive- partially to play around but mainly to see if I can use it to create some useful software for teachers. While I know that Apple isn’t likely to let me get mine early, it’s tough to keep my hopes in check when it’s so close. If it really does make it to Eugene early tomorrow, maybe UPS could be kind enough to drop one of at my house?
And, yes, as of writing this UPS seems to be displaying tracking information about dates in the future. I haven’t ever seen that before so I’d guess something’s a bit wonky (hence the shipping exception) with the iPad delivery system.
Please make this happen. If Planbook was available for the iPad, I’d buy both!

I agree with Nathan. If there was a planbook and gradebook program for ipad, I would purchase the ipad ASAP!!!

I agree with all previous posts! I would positively buy your planbook if there was an app for the ipad. I would hope that this would not be an internet based app as I am a fan of the full program being on a machine.

Hi! I’m enjoying exploring PlanBook on my Mac and will be using it for the first time in the coming school year. Are you working on an iPad version now, and if so, any rough estimates on the release? To be able to sync with my iPad would be SO fantastic. Thanks for a great product!

I will be starting to teach after the summer and am currently researching tools to make my life easier. I am considering buying an iPad 3G in order to use as a teacher tool, to present media and to be able to do research in the classroom.
If Planbook was available for the iPad, syncing with the desktop, I’d go out and buy both today. Please experiment!
